MEII-4242SQ was introduced in 2006 by ROC-Mese (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. The machine uses a double column stand, cast iron built, and linear guide system. It comes with a German ball screw, high speed double CPU-CNC control system. The output pulse frequency achieves 6.5 MHZ, and can move as quick as 15m/min. It can automatically remember knife coordinates as well as go back to the work material’s original starting point. You can control different options such as placing priority on speed or quality. The 1.5Kw high frequency spindle is good for satisfying the most common mould carvings. The hand controller is very easy to operate and allows for faster operations. Suitable for mould injections, heat transfer moulds, press moulds, and other copper and EDM moulds.

MEII-5040
Introduced in 2007, the newest design uses a double column platform and can easily load and unload working material. It uses a German ball screw, imported linear guide, imported servo driver and can satisfy the mould industry’s need for precision and durability. The 4.5kw high frequency spindle gives the machine an extremely powerful cutting ability. It is suitable for mould injections, heat transfer moulds, press moulds and other copper and EDM moulds. MEⅡ-5060S
MEII-5060S is a milling-engraving machine suitable for large scale moulds. It has a double column support structure, uses an imported ball screw, imported linear guide and imported servo driver. It utilizes a pneumatic Z axis, for extreme stability. The machine has an option for a 4.5 kw Italian spindle for the most demanding applications. The hand controller is fast and easy to use. A large screen, 15 inch LCD display is included. It is suitable for larger injection moulds, heat transfer moulds, press moulds and other bronze and EDM moulds. The machine also has an option for a fourth axis.

Introduced in 2003, with a completely new design. The lead screw is imported from Germany. The spindle is a 2.2 KW imported from Italy. This is a powerful, efficient machine capable of making smooth curvature cuts on harder materials and is highly adaptable to many uses.
SE-1010
